Decorating Games

Your child is going to enjoy this game thoroughly as this decorating game will provide your kid with a different perspective and a different type of art. It is a mosaic type of picture and as you will know, mosaic paintings have a huge amount of historical significance so not only will the player be developing their creative abilities but also sparking their interest in history.

This game requires the player to click on to the shape of their choice (they are spoilt with a variety). Then they are to click the shapes onto the glue and finally put them onto the picture to create the mosaic of their choice. Additional to the many shapes they are provided with, they are also given the possibilities of an array of pictures to pick from.

The interesting aspect of this game is that even within a certain shape, they can be slightly outlandish with their mosaic patterns and put the shapes wherever they may feel suits them. This will not only show you how creative your child can be but also how they deal with change in art. They will adjust themselves to the using of mosaic patterns which don’t necessarily fit perfectly in shape – this is a skill which is incredibly useful as it is important for the children to allow themselves to see everything from many different viewpoints and not just their own.

Memory Games

Memory games are very simple and fun games which may come across as exactly that at first. Just simple fun, however do not be deceived as it is games like these which lay the foundation for your child to build upon. When children are young, their minds are pure and clean, the minds are not polluted with the stress of the world. Therefore they are able to pick things up quicker – they are like sponges, absorbing everything that is in front of them. That is the reason why it is easier for children to pick up and learn an instrument or a language when they are younger. Due to the simple fact that their memories are a blank canvas and they can easily apply themselves.
